My goal in designing this website was for it to be a vehicle to provide you with valuable, accurate, and detailed information that you need to know as we progress from Pre-Qualification to Closing. So please come back and reference it frequently. 

You may have noticed that many Loan Officers/Consultants advertise all the different types of loan programs they have available, or all the different issues they can solve for you. I chose not to do that. We all have access to the same resources and loan programs. We can all get loans for borrowers with any number of different issues. Instead, it thought you would be more interested in how well do I know those programs and how proficient I am at packaging them up and getting the Underwriter to approve your file.
